Pattaya has some of the best-known Muay Thai camps in Thailand, from fight teams that train professional boxers to friendly beginner schools near the beach. Here's how to pick one that fits you.

Muay Thai camps in Pattaya

This list comes straight from our listings and updates as camps confirm their details:

Five questions to ask before you book

  1. Who is the camp for? Some camps are built around active fighters and hard sparring; others focus on fitness and technique for visitors. Ask what a typical session looks like and how many people train per trainer.
  2. Group classes or private sessions? Group classes are cheaper and social. Private sessions (one-to-one with a trainer) are where you improve fastest, and they're often booked per hour.
  3. Training-only or a package? Several Pattaya camps sell packages that include a room, meals or a pool. If you already have accommodation, ask for the training-only price.
  4. What's included? Check whether gloves, wraps and shin guards can be borrowed or bought on site, and whether there's a strength and conditioning area.
  5. When are the sessions? Most camps train twice a day, usually in the morning and late afternoon to avoid the midday heat. Check that the times fit your plans.

What does Muay Thai training cost?

Prices vary a lot between a drop-in class, a 10-class pass and a full camp package, and many camps only publish them on social media. Where a camp's prices are known, you'll find them on its page with the source and date we checked them.
